"Services" – Refers to all content, classes, coaching, and resources provided through the Upside Down Under platform.

"Client" – Any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses our Services.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are available to individuals aged 18 and older. Clients must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Services

Events & Programs: Information about all of our events and programs is available on our website.

Coaching: Marriage Coaching sessions can be booked by scheduling a discovery call with us.

Resources: Access to various materials and resources aimed at supporting cross-cultural couples.

4. Payment and Refunds

Fees for Services are provided either on our website or during discovery calls and are subject to change. Payments are due at the time of booking or purchasing services. We do not provide refunds on any of our online classes or other educational resources, but we are flexible with cancellation and refunds for coaching packages if the first session is cancelled with 48 hours or more notice via email, text or phone call communication.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule coaching sessions at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes or coaching sessions with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services is owned by Upside Down Under or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
